About language course students:

1.Rules of class grouping：

Freshmen need to take the placement test first and then go to class in the corresponding level.We have level 1 to level 6. Previous semester students do not need to take the placement test and they will go to a higher level class naturally in the new semester.

2. Trial-study week and change shifts:

The first week istrial-study week and students can put in their applications of change shifts to teaching administrative secretary if necessary. Students need to pass the change shifts test before they go to a different level class.

A change shift in the same level is not allowed.

3. Textbooks:

Textbooks are provided by international college for free. And in the trial-study week, international college will also prepare the teaching materials for students for free. After the class arrangements settled, students should take textbooks of their own level. Students who need textbooks of other level should pay for them at Teaching Affairs Office.

About degree course students：

Degree course students will go to the corresponding schools according to their majors(MTCSOL students will study in international college), and international college will be responsible for contact and arrangements with other schools.

About class attendance records:

Class attendance records for language course students will be made from the third week of one semester. For degree course students class attendance records will be made from the first week of one semester. International college will announce the results periodically. Students who skip classes will get corresponding punishments according to the absenteeism. And the punishment documents will be sent to student’s guardians.
