International economics and trade is a discipline that studies the causes of international trade, international trade policies, international trade practices, cross-border investment, and the relationship between international trade and economic development. This major aims towards students who have basic theories, knowledge and skills of economics, international economics, international trade, understand the development status of China's foreign trade, contemporary international economic trade. Moreover, students will be familiarized with the current situation, international trade practices and rules, as well as China's foreign trade policies and regulations, understand the foreign trade situation of major countries and regions. After four year of study, students will be able to engage in management, business, research and publicity planning in government agencies and enterprises, and adapt to economic globalization, innovation and modernization, with an innovative spirit, application capability and international perspective.
