《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第三十九条规定：外国人在中国境内旅馆住宿的，旅馆应当按照旅馆业治安管理的有关规定为其办理住宿登记，并向所在地公安机关报送外国人住宿登记信息。外国人在旅馆以外的其他住所居住或者住宿的，应当在入住后二十四小时内由本人或者留宿人，向居住地的公安机关办理登记。
《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第七十六条规定：未按照规定办理外国人住宿登记的，公安机关将给予两千元以下罚款。
根据公安机关对外国人住宿管理的要求，我校实行国际学生住宿登记制度，在徐留学生住宿登记全部在微信小程序“留学生服务小助手”内完成。
一、校内住宿登记
学生通过微信小程序“留学生服务小助手”注册个人信息后，其住宿登记便会完成自动申报，无需学生进行额外操作。
二、校外住宿登记
1. 在徐学生
初次居住校外的国际学生，应在入境后24小时内完成微信小程序“留学生服务小助手”信息注册，并在小程序内完成“申报校外住宿”环节。住址变更的国际学生须在更换住址24小时内重新申报。
2. 外出学生
离开徐州地到其他地方（包括徐州下辖市县）临时住宿时，在城镇的，须于抵达后24小时内，由留宿人或者本人持住宿人的护照、证件到当地公安机关申报，填写临时住宿登记表；在农村的，须于72小时内向当地派出所或者户籍办公室申报。
Article 39 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that aliens who reside in hotels within the territory of China shall register their accommodations in accordance with the relevant provisions on public security administration of the hotel industry and submit the registration information of aliens to the local public security organs. Aliens who live or lodge in a residence other than a hotel shall, within 24 hours after check-in, register with the public security organ of their place of residence by themselves or the host person.
Article 76 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Exit and Entry Administration stipulates that if a foreigner fails to register his residence in accordance with the relevant provisions, the public security organ shall impose a fine of not more than 2,000 yuan.
According to the requirements of the public security organ for the management of foreigners living in the dormitory, the school adopts the registration system for foreign students.The registration of international students' accommodation in Xuzhou is completed in the Wechat mini program International Students' Service Assistant.
Registration of On-campus accommodation
After students register their personal information through the Wechat mini program International Student Service Assistant, their accommodation registration will be automatically declared without any additional operation by students.
Registration of Off-campus accommodation
1. International students who live off-campus for the first time in Xuzhou should complete the Wechat mini program International Student Service Assistant information registration within 24 hours after their entry, and complete the application for off-campus accommodation in the mini program. International students with a change of address must re-declare within 24 hours of the change of address.
2. Students leaving Xuzhou for temporary accommodation in other places (including cities and counties under the jurisdiction of Xuzhou) in cities and towns shall, within 24 hours after their arrival, report to the local public security organs with passport and certificates, and fill in the temporary accommodation registration form; Those in rural areas must report to the local police station or household registration office within 72 hours of arrival.
