为创建平安校园，营造安全、和谐的育人环境，维护校园交通秩序，接校保卫处通知，现就加强我校留学生校内摩托车治理工作做出如下规定：
1.严禁无牌摩托车上路行驶
2.严禁无摩托车驾驶证驾驶摩托车
3.严禁摩托车超员载人
4.严禁驾驶摩托车不戴安全头盔
5.严禁非法拼装，特别严禁改装大功率排气筒
6.严禁摩托车在校内随意停放
如有以上情形者，限三日内整改。下周保卫处将对违法违规车辆进行查处，扣压车辆，上报所在学院并通报批评。
校园交通秩序需要大家共同维护，希望各位同学充分理解，遵守规定、配合管理，齐心协力打造平安、稳定、文明、和谐的美丽校园。

Notice of Campus Traffic Safety Regulations
In order to further strengthen the management of motorcycle traffic safety in our school and effectively solve the unsafe hidden danger of motorcycle in road traffic, according to the relevant laws and regulations of the state, the regulations on strengthening the management of motorcycle traffic safety are hereby announced are as follows：
1.Motorcycles on the road should be complete license, and the owners should be timely apply to the public security traffic management department for license.
2.Driving on the road without license is strictly prohibited.
3.Exceeding the number of passengers while driving is strictly prohibited.
4.Driving or riding a two-wheeled motorcycle without a safety helmet is strictly prohibited.
5.Illegal assembly and theft of motorcycles are strictly prohibited.
6.You can not park your motorcycle at will in school and it must be in designated parking spaces.
7.Driving high-power motorcycle is strictly prohibited in the school.
In the case of the above circumstances, please take measures within three days. Next week,the security department of our school will strictly investigate the illegal motorcycles. Once the motorcycle is withheld, the department will report to college and give a notice of criticism.
