为进一步加强对国际公寓的管理，营造一个整洁良好的居住环境，后勤集团公寓服务中心每周不定期对国际公寓进行内务检查，并及时公布宿舍检查结果和学院排名，请同学们做好宿舍内务的整理工作。
一、具体要求
1.床铺要整洁，起床后要铺床叠被，不得将被子衣物堆放在床上；
2.垃圾要及时清理，不得存放在室内或堆放在门口及走廊；
3.房间内无异味，要经常开窗通风透气，保持空气流通；
4.不得使用违章电器（电炉、电饭煲、电磁炉、吹风机、热得快、取暖器、电烤鞋器等电器）；
5.不得使用明火（点蜡烛、酒精炉、燃烧物品等），不得存放火机、火柴、蜡烛等物品；
6.不得在室内吸烟、喝酒、赌博；
7.不得在宿舍内养宠物；
8.不得在宿舍内聚众喧哗、举办聚会影响他人休息；
9.不得在未经宿舍管理人员许可的情况下，进入异性宿舍或允许异性逗留、留宿等。
二、奖惩措施
学院每周会公布宿舍检查结果，对于优秀的宿舍，学院会视情况给予奖励；对于一次不达标的宿舍，限期整改，两次不达标的宿舍，辅导员约谈，三次不达标的宿舍，严重警告，四次不达标的宿舍，劝其校外居住。
春季是传染病多发季节，同学们应做好个人和宿舍卫生，预防各种疾病的发生，共同努力营造一个舒适干净、温馨整洁的居住环境。谢谢配合！

Notice about Dormitory Inspection
In order to further strengthen the management of internationaldormitory and create a clean, tidy living environment for international students, the Logistics Group Apartment Service Center conductsregular or irregular dormitory inspectionsevery week, and will announce the results of the dormitory inspection andranks ofall colleges in time.Please do a good job in the dormitory inspection.
Part one, SpecificRequirements:
1. The bed should be clean and tidy, and the bed should be stacked after getting up. The quiltandclothes should not be stacked on the bed.
2. Garbage should be cleaned up in time and should not be stored indoors or stacked in doorways and corridors.
3. There is nobadsmell in the room. Always open the window to ventilate and keep the air flowing.
4. Do not use illegal electrical appliances (electric furnace, rice cooker, induction cooker, hair dryer, hot fast, heater, electric baking machine, etc.).
5. Do not use open flames (lighting candles, alcohol stoves, burning items, etc.) and do not store items such as lighters, matches, candles, etc.
6. Do not smoke, drink alcoholor gamblein the dormitory.
7. Do not raise pets in the dormitory.
8. Do not gather in the dormitory,shout,make noise orhold a partytoinfluence others’ rest.
9. Do not enter the opposite sex dormitory without the permission of the dormitory management personnel and do not allow the opposite sex and persons who don't belong to the university to stay and live in the dormitory.
Part two, Rewarding and Punishment:
The college will announcethe results of dormitory inspection weekly.For excellent dormitories, the college willgivereward according to the situation. For a dormitory that does not meet the standard once,it must be rectifiedtimely. For adormitory thatthat does not meet the standard twice, the class teacher will talk with students about this. For adormitory thatthat does not meet the standard three times,severe warning will be given. For a dormitory that that does not meet the standard four times, students will be suggested tomove out of the dormitory.
