江苏师范大学创建于1952年，坐落于历史文化名城徐州，是江苏省人民政府和教育部共建高校，也是江苏高水平大学建设高校。作为全国首批“有资格接收外国留学生的高校”，学校先后接纳来自76个国家和地区的留学生来校交流学习，获批“中国政府奖学金生委托培养高校”及“留学江苏目标学校”；同时入选教育部内地与港澳高等学校师生交流计划项目。学校牵头成立了中国（江苏）—拉美高校联盟、江苏—俄罗斯高校合作联盟，加入上海合作组织大学、金砖国家大学联盟等组织机构，与英、美、澳、俄等国161所高校建立友好合作关系。在马来西亚设立了全球首个海外孟子学院，建成了7所“一带一路”研究院海外分院与5所海外来华留学预科中心。学校设有“一带一路”研究院（独联体国家研究中心）、巴基斯坦研究中心、澳大利亚研究中心、中拉人文交流研究基地，其中3所入选教育部国别和区域研究中心备案名单。与圣彼得堡彼得大帝理工大学、里昂第一大学、威斯康辛大学麦迪逊分校等海外名校联合建设科研平台。并与美、英、俄等国高校开展合作办学及学分互认项目。
Jiangsu Normal University (JSNU), founded in 1952, is located in Xuzhou, a historic and cultural city in China. As one of the leading universities in Jiangsu Province, it is jointly sponsored and administered by the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government and China’s Ministry of Education (MOE). JSNU was among the first group of Chinese universities authorized to enroll international students and has, to date, welcomed students from 76 countries and regions. Designated by the China Scholarship Council (CSC) as an entrusted training institution for Chinese Government Scholarship students, JSNU offers a number of Chinese Government Scholarship programs. The University has also been recognized as an “Ideal Destination for International Students in Jiangsu” by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education. It has also been selected to participate in MOE exchange programs for teachers and students between mainland China and the higher education institutions of Hong Kong and Macao. JSNU has led the establishment of the Consortium of China (Jiangsu)–Latin American Universities and the Consortium of Jiangsu–Russian Universities Cooperation. It holds memberships in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Universities and the BRICS Universities League, among other international university consortia, and has established friendly cooperative relations with 161 universities in countries including the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and Russia. In Malaysia, JSNU established the world’s first overseas Mencius Institute. It has also set up seven overseas branches of its Belt and Road Institute and five overseas preparatory centers for international students coming to study in China. The University houses the Belt and Road Institute (CIS Studies Center), the Center for Pakistan Studies, the Center for Australia Studies, and the Base for China–Latin America People-to-People Exchanges, three of which are included on the MOE’s list of national and regional research centers. JSNU has jointly established research platforms with prestigious overseas universities, including Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, Claude Bernard University Lyon 1, and the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and operates joint and credit-recognition programs with partner institutions in the United States, the United Kingdom, Russia, and other countries.
HSK考点 HSK Test Center
江苏师范大学国际学院是汉语水平考试（HSK）授权考点，为学生在读期间报名参加考试提供便利，以便其检验和证明自身的汉语水平。
The International College of Jiangsu Normal University is an authorized test center for the Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK), China's standardized Chinese proficiency test. It enables students to sit the examination during their studies, allowing them to assess and certify their command of the Chinese language.
教学环境Teaching Environment
国际学院教学环境优美舒适，所有教室均配备多媒体教学设备，并设有中国文化体验室、阅览室及心理辅导室；另设独立图书阅览室，供学生查阅资料与自主学习。
The International College provides a pleasant and well-equipped learning environment. All classrooms are fitted with multimedia teaching facilities, and dedicated spaces are available for Chinese cultural experiences, reading, and psychological counseling. A separate library and reading room are also available for students to consult reference materials and engage in independent study.
申请条件Admission Requirements
1. 拥有外国国籍，对华友好，身体健康，符合教育部《外国来华留学生健康标准》；
Applicants must hold foreign citizenship, be friendly toward China, be in good physical and mental health, and meet the Health Standards for International Students Coming to China issued by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
2. 遵守中国法律和学校管理规定；
Abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and comply with the University’s rules and regulations.
3. 持有有效的X1或X2签证，或有效的居留许可。
Hold a valid X1 or X2 visa, or a valid residence permit for study in China.
4. 申请人原则上须年满18 周岁。截至 2027 年 3 月 1 日尚未满 18 周岁的申请人，须提交监护人保证书及委托书（申请模板可于申请阶段在线下载）。
Applicants shall be at least 18 years of age in principle. Those who have not reached the age of 18 by 1 March 2027 must submit a guardian’s guarantee letter and power of attorney (templates are available for online download during the application stage).
注（Notes）：
1. 拥有外国国籍，即应持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的3月1日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录。（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）
Applicants must hold foreign citizenship, which requires possession of a valid foreign passport or proof of nationality for at least four years. In addition, within the four years prior to 1 March of the year of admission, applicants must have a record of actual residence abroad for a cumulative period of no less than two years. A stay of nine months within a year shall be counted as one full year of residence abroad, as verified by the entry and exit stamps in the passport.
2. 原为中国公民、后取得外国国籍的申请人，将依据国家相关规定进行审核。
Applicants who were originally Chinese citizens and later acquired foreign citizenship shall be reviewed in accordance with the relevant regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

2026年10月13日—2027年1月3日（招满即止）

费用情况Fees
1. 申请费：400元/次（申请费一经缴纳，不予退还）。
2. 学费：6250元/学期，12500元/学年。
3. 校内住宿费标准：2000 元/人・学年。校内宿舍资源按学费缴纳顺序安排，先缴先得。
4. 保险费：400元/学期，800元/学年。
说明：收费标准将根据物价变化适时调整。
1. Application Fee: CNY 400 per application (non-refundable once paid).
2. Tuition Fee: CNY 6,250 per semester, CNY 12,500 per academic year.
3. On-campus Accommodation Fee: CNY 2,000 per personper academic year for a quad room. On-campus dormitory places are allocated in the order of tuition payment — first paid, first served.
4. Insurance Fee: CNY 400 per semester, CNY 800 per academic year.
Note: The fee schedule is subject to adjustment in response to price changes.

申请方式及步骤Application Procedures
登录并注册江苏师范大学网上申请系统（https://jsnu.17gz.org/），在线完成报名信息填报并上传申请费缴费凭证后，提交审核并等待面试通知。面试结束后，面试结果一般将于5 个工作日内通过电子邮件通知申请人（请务必确保所填写的邮箱地址准确有效）。获得预录取的申请人须按预录取通知要求，于规定时限内完成学费缴纳，并将缴费凭证发送至指定邮箱；逾期未办理者，其预录取资格将被取消。学校确认收到缴费凭证后，将通过电子邮件向申请人发放正式录取材料。
Log in to and register on the Jiangsu Normal University Online Application System(https://jsnu.17gz.org/) to complete the online application and upload the payment receipt for the application fee. Wait for the review and interview notifications. Applicants will generally be notified of the interview results by email within five working days after the interview (please ensure that the email address provided is valid and correctly entered).
Applicants offered pre-admission shall pay the tuition fee within the time limit specified in the pre-admission notice and send the payment receipt to the designated email address. Failure to do so within the deadline will result in the cancellation of pre-admission status. Upon confirmation of receipt of the payment receipt, the University will issue the official admission documents by email.
