主席职责

The Chairman's Duties

1、负责学生会全面工作。

To be responsible for the overall work of the Students' Union.

2、定期召开主席团会议，传达学院有关部门对学生会的工作指示，发现问题及时解决。

To hold meetings on a regular basis to conveythe instructions of relevant departments of the school, find out problems and solve them in time.

3、主动向学院有关部门汇报工作情况和申请工作的指示。

To report work and applications for work to relevant departments of the school.

4、指导各部部长开展相关学生工作。

To guide heads of each department to carry out relevant work.

5、及时了解和关心学生会各干部的思想、工作、学习和生活，调动他们的积极性，协调各方面关系，维护学生会集体利益。

To care about the students' thoughts, work, study and life; to arouse their

enthusiasm and coordinate the relations of various aspects to protect the

collective interests of the Students' Union.

6、审批监督学生会活动费使用情况。

To approve and supervise the expenditure of the activities held by Students' Union.

副主席职责

The Vice Chairman's Duties

1、协助主席开展工作。

To assist the chairman’s work.

2、做好分管工作任务。

To help sort out work.

学习部职责

Duties of the Study Department

1、围绕学风建设，开展各种学习、学术研究等方面的活动。

To carry out various activities such as study, academic research and so on according to the topic of the construction of an atmosphere beneficial to study.

2、经常了解和向有关部门反映同学的学习情况和对教学工作的意见，配合学院解决同学在学习中遇到的实际问题。

To inquire students' study and opinions on teaching, and report to the relevant departments; to cooperate with the school to solve practical problems encountered by the students in their study.

3、指导、协调、监督各系学生会学习部和各班学习委员的工作。

To instruct, coordinate and supervise the work of both the Study Department of the Students' Union and the study monitor of each class.

生活部职责

Duties of the Daily Life Department

1、关心同学生活，经常向学院反映同学住宿等生活方面的意见和要求。

To pay attention to the students' everyday lives and often report the opinions and requirements in students’ accommodation and other aspects to the school.

2、力争解决同学的实际困难，加强宿舍卫生管理。

To strive to solve students' difficulties and strengthen dormitory sanitation management.

3、开展生活、纪律、卫生管理工作，开展各种与生活有关的活动。

To conduct management work on everyday life, discipline, and sanitation, and carry out various relevant activities.

文艺部职责

Duties of the Literature and Art Department

1、积极开展各项文娱活动，丰富同学课余生活。

To actively carry out various activities to enrich students' extracurricular life.

2、负责校内大型文艺演出和参加校外文艺演出的组织、排练工作。

To be responsible for the organization and rehearsal of performances both at and outside school.

体育部职责

Duties of the Sports Department

1、充分调动同学的积极性和主动性，制定并落实学院文艺工作的具体实施方案。

To fully mobilize students' enthusiasm and initiative as well as formulate and conduct concrete schemes of the school's cultural and art work.

2、负责组织开展各项有利于学生身心健康的体育竞赛活动；

To be responsible to organize and carry out various sports activities that are good for students' physical and mental health.

3、负责校运动会，组织和培训学院各类参赛队员，完成校运动会相关工作。

To be responsible for the school sports meeting, and in charge with the work of organizing and training teams to compete, and finish some other relevant work.
